E&G funds transfer may violate
state statute

University officials plan to move forward with a proposed
$1.8 million loan from the educational and general reserve fund
to the Athletic Department, despite the Arkansas Department of
Higher Education's contention that it would be illegal.

Frisbee tournament honors Chad

will be seen at the Arkansas State University intramural fields
Saturday during the 2nd annual Chad Lewis Memorial Ultimate Frisbee
Tournament.
