passed at the Student Government Association meeting held Tuesday,
March 19, after amendments were made to the original resolution.

Tariff enacted by Bush on steel

DAYTON, Ohio-President George Bush's recent decision to place
tariffs of 8 percent to 30 percent on steel imports was a step
in the wrong direction if there is ever to be worldwide economic
