Epic Brass is the next ensemble to perform in the Fowler Center
Series at Arkansas State. The five-member group will perform
holiday selections Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in Riceland Hall at Fowler
Center.
The performance is part of the Riceland Distinguished Performance
Series, and will include selections arranged by Epic Brass and
trumpeter Earl Raney such as "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desire,"
selections from "The Nutcracker Suite" and "Carol
of the Bells."
ASU Christmas tree lighting ceremony
Monday
The Student Activities Board, the Student Government Association
and the Union Advisory Board will be sponsoring this year's annual
Tree Lighting Ceremony Monday.
This year's ceremony will feature performances by the United
Voices Gospel Choir and the ASU Flute Choir.
The event will begin at 4 p.m. in the Indian Lounge, located
in the Carl R. Reng Center.
All students, student organizations, faculty and staff are invited
to attend.
