home several awards at the South Central States Annual University
Model Arab League competition held at the University of Arkansas
in Fayetteville.

Graduate assistants deserve better
pay
Dear Editor:
Despite many attempts in the past by our Student Government Association
and our Faculty Senate to require the university to give full
tuition wavers to graduate assistants, the Board of Trustees
will soon be meeting to finalize the ASU budget with no hint
of tuition wavers being included.

championship game with Baylor
The Arkansas State University Rugby Club stunned the top ranked
University of Nevada at Reno 36-30 this weekend at Reno, Nev.,
and have advanced to the national championship game.
