Tana Henderson, right, a senior speech communication
major of Jonesboro, concentrates on her computer in the Information
Technology Resource Center in the Dean B. Ellis Library recently.
Open for student use, the 60 computers in the center has been
available since April 2, David Ward, lab manager, said. The
old computer lab inside the will be used for office space and
a place where students may take reference materials to study.
Ward also said the new lab could be opened on a 24-hour basis
in the future. The placement of the new lab has made it more
convenient for students, Ward said. "I think it will be
a lot more accessible for a quick e-mail check," he said.
