Collective bargaining bill stalled in House

Arkansas State University faculty members are watching and waiting as the State Legislature debates. They are waiting on the outcome of Senate Bill 448, a bill that would allow faculty to negotiate with their employers as a group for more benefits, higher wages and better working conditions.
