Faculty Senate discusses proposed drug-testing policy

The Arkansas State University Staff Senate Drug Testing Committee recently completed a proposal that would require mandatory pre-employment drug testing and drug testing of all current employees whose behavior establishes a reasonable suspicion of substance abuse.
