New apartment complex bonds approved Friday

The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board approved the issuance of $10 million in bonds Friday to fund construction of a new apartment complex for married and graduate students, a track complex and a parking lot.

Members of the women's rugby club practice a scrum Sunday at Kays Field. The women practice three days a week in preparation for their first game March 10 at ASU. They will have a clinic in North Little Rock's Burns Park to learn how to play the game. They also are raising funds to buy uniforms and pay for trips and enter tournaments.
