Pipe bursts, floods two apartments

 After a water pipe burst in Apartment 526, residents were faced with the tremendous chore of wading through their belongs that were floating during the holiday break. According to Patrick Dixon, interim director of residence life, the contractor's insurance company will provide restitution for some of the students who lost most of their belongings in the flood.

 Several Collegiate Park apartments sustained water damage after a pipe burst over the winter break, forcing the relocation of residents.

Some residents of Apartment Building 5 awoke Dec. 13 to a collapsed ceiling and water filling their apartments.
